Our Staff
Career Gear employs a small but dedicated team. A group of interns, volunteers and corporate partner/employees are integral in completing the work necessary to fulfill our mission. We utilize eight interns a semester, ten volunteers a week including special needs volunteers who gain valuable retail and customer service training and 30 corporate volunteers bi-weekly. Our Associates Board
The Career Gear Associate Board (CGAB) is the young-professionals extension of Career Gear. It aims to support Career Gear management and directors in helping men obtain and keep jobs, and emerge as successful fathers and community leaders. The CGAB executes the organization’s mission by lending professional expertise to strategic and operational priorities, recruiting volunteers, fundraising, and communications.
