Vision 
Career Gear Houston's vision is to become a premier agency serving the needs of area employment service programs by providing their job-ready male clients with interview appropriate clothing.  
 
Goals 
Our goal for 2008 is to serve over 500 male clients who are job-ready and need a business or business casual outfit for their interview or job fair. Additionally, we hope to provide additional business attire to at least half of these men once they have successfully attained employment.
